Position Overview:
Upper Cumberland Insurance Solutions is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Prior remote sales experience (required)
State insurance licenses (preferred, must be able to obtain)
Compensation:
$2000/month base salary with potential for unlimited commission / bonuses
