About the Role:

Join the David J Cooper Agency Inc. as an Account/Sales Representative, where you'll be at the forefront of building lasting relationships with clients in the Merrill, WI area. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your sales skills in a dynamic environment, helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute sales initiatives.

Manage client accounts and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and requests.

Track sales metrics and report on performance to drive continuous improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service to foster a positive client experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in insurance or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
