    The Role

    We are seeking a motivated Account Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings.

    What You’ll Do

    Utilize AI generated BDR’s to identify and prospect property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients

    Execute outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn)

    Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings

    Receive approvals from Franchisees for booking business

    Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

    Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies

    What We’re Looking For

    1–3 years of sales and lead generation experience

    Strong communication and persistence

    Comfortable with high-volume outreach

    Organized and detail-oriented

    Ability to close and looking for growth within the Company

    Base Salary Employee will receive an annual base salary of $48,000, payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices.

    On-Target Earnings (OTE) The total On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 annually, inclusive of base salary and commissions, based on achievement of performance expectations. Compensation is uncapped, and Employee may earn above OTE, based on performance.

    Commission Structure Employee will be eligible to earn commissions based on recognized revenue generated from new business secured by Employee and accepted by the Company.

    Commission Rates:

    3.0% on annualized revenue up to $750,000

    4.0% on annualized revenue between $750,001 and $1,500,000

    5.0% on annualized revenue exceeding $1,500,000

    Quota Expectation

    The annual base quota for the Employee is $750,000 in new revenue. Achievement of quota corresponds to the lower range of OTE. Earnings above quota will result in increased commission rates as outlined above. Compensation is uncapped.

    This is a remote position.

    Each franchise is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the franchise and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of each franchise. All inquiries about employment should be made directly to the franchise location.
