    What You’ll Do

    • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, building strong partnerships and becoming a valued marketing advisor.

    • Lead client accounts independently, ensuring work is always on strategy, on time, and on budget.

    • Stay ahead of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities that impact client business.

    • Partner with client stakeholders to define business goals, marketing KPIs, and budgets—then architect solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

    • Identify new opportunities and innovative solutions to help clients grow.

    • Act as a financial steward, managing account budgets, project estimates/SOWs, invoicing, and P&L performance to ensure profitability.

    • Orchestrate agency resources across accounts, briefing creative and strategic teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

    • Collaborate with Project Management and Traffic teams to balance priorities and solve challenges.

    • Provide regular account updates—weekly, quarterly, and annual—to senior leadership.

    • Champion quality standards, leading by example and holding your team accountable.

    • Partner with Account Services leadership in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members.

    • Support new business efforts as needed.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 8+ years of account management experience, ideally in an agency setting.

    • 3+ years of management experience, with proven ability to build and mentor teams.

    • Experience in the building materials industry strongly preferred.

    • Strong financial acumen and comfort managing large client budgets.

    • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align C-level stakeholders.

    • Excellent presentation, communication (written & verbal), and problem-solving skills.

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

    • Strategic thinker with strong business judgment and a track record of driving client growth.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

  • Compensation
    $125,000 per year
