About the Role:

Join ADB Construction Group as an Accountant in Santa Ana, CA, where you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented professiona who is excited to contribute to construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Company Credit Cards records and receipts, data entry, organizing and filing.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

Assist Sr. Accountant with emails, documents and phone calls

Collaborate with Sr. Accountant to track project costs.

Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Utilize accounting software to streamline financial operations.

Requirements: degree in accounting or accounting related education.

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related field.

knowlegge of'' in accounting software and Microsoft office (Excell, word and PDF as well as Emails, team, Calendar and on line meetings set up and participate.

analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
