Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to work across multiple business units. This role will primarily focus on our commercial real estate portfolio, ensuring accurate financial reporting and assisting with tax preparation in collaboration with external CPAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and tenant statements
• Develop and manage property budgets and financial reports
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the commercial real estate portfolio
• Assist in the preparation of management reports for stakeholders
• Work closely with external CPAs to finalize partnership tax returns
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to manage financial data and reporting
