SUMMARY: This role requires someone who can handle a range of accounting duties.
** RESPONSIBILITIES**
§ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.
§ Record and categorize financial transactions (income, expenses, payroll, etc.).
§ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
§ Ensure the business complies with all tax regulations, including local, state, and federal taxes.
§ Process payroll accurately and on time.
§ Monitor cash flow to ensure the business has sufficient funds for day-to-day operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
§ Proven experience as an accountant in a small business or similar setting.
§ Proficient in English & Spanish
§ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
