Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior GL Accountant to join our Technology Consulting team. This role will support key accounting functions such as project invoicing, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in project accounting and general ledger management, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project invoicing and payment applications
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations
• Record journal entries and support monthly close processes
• Oversee project, vendor, and client setup in accounting systems
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial controls
• Support audit and reporting requirements as needed

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including project accounting
• Strong experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and invoicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and Adobe Acrobat (PDF editing and handling)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL, Dynamics 365, or other large ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
