FST Design Build Concrete is a dynamic and fast-paced concrete construction organization requiring financial management and reporting. We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, respond promptly to urgent requests, and bring expertise in financial forecasting, cash flow analysis with accompanying notes

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial forecast reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Conduct detailed cash flow analysis reporting, including accompanying notes for clarity and insight.
• Maintain and update Pro-Forma financial statements.
• Manage cash-related processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Utilize QuickBooks for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
• Respond to urgent financial requests promptly, including nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial forecast reporting.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash flow analysis reporting with detailed notes.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with Pro-Forma financial statements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Adaptability and a willingness to work flexible hours to meet urgent demands.
