Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: As an Administrative Accountant, you’ll work closely with our Director of Accounting to keep tenant accounts accurate and compliant. You’ll handle daily accounting tasks, communicate with residents, and support our Executive Property Managers with smooth and efficient processes. Responsibilities of the position include: • Preparing and posting daily bank deposits into accounting software • Answering phone calls and emails from residents regarding deposit returns • Processing non-sufficient payment returns • Generating legal letters and invoices • Preparing security deposit refund statements • Reconciling monthly credit card accounts • Assisting with independent contractor payouts and commercial CAM reconciliations • Following and completing internal checklists Qualifications: What Makes You a Great Fit?
