Hartwig Staffing is partnered with a company in Oklahoma City who is seeking to add an Accountant to their team. This role is paying $55,000-65,000 DOE. 

Skills you need / What you'll do: 

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting; Bachelor's in Accounting preferred, or relevant experience can be used to substitute BA experience 
• Prepares and initiates bank deposits.
• Investigates and resolves accounts payable discrepancies.
• Assists in preparing audit documentation.
• Reviews, codes, and processes vendor invoices and check requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborates on the development and implementation of new processes to improve workflow and meet department objectives.
  
• Maintains monthly schedules and reconciliations.
  
• Reviews invoices for accuracy and assigns general ledger codes.
  
• Experience with Excel including V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and more
