Back Office staff is seeking a degreed Accountant to join our team in Wolfforth, TX. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring our operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports on a monthly basis for various clients.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices..

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Support year-end financial audits and tax preparation processes.

Collaborate with clients to analyze financial data and provide insights.

Use of QuickBooks online to streamline financial operations and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Proficient in QuickBooks online and Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
