Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting to support strategic planning.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Provide support for tax preparation and filing processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
