As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Accountant to join our team at our Naples Airport headquarters.

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM). You’ll work closely with and report directly to the Controller, partnering daily to support the company’s financial operations. Aviation is a fast-paced, dynamic industry, offering many opportunities to influence process improvements as our business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue invoices for charter flights

Manage accounts receivable for charter operations

Close out charter flights in the accounting system, including:

Generating a P&L for each flight

Calculating and recording commissions

Maintain and reconcile JetCard ledgers

Assist the Controller with month-end close

Perform additional tasks and projects as needed

Skills & Qualifications

2 years experience as an accountant or bookkeeper, or relevant degree

Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
