Accountant

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accountant to join the team and support daily financial operations. In this role, you’ll handle core accounting tasks such as reconciliations, reporting, and assisting with month-end close. If you have a few years of experience in accounting and are ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

• Maintain general ledger accuracy and journal entries

• Process payroll and support tax filings

• Help prepare reports for internal use and external audits

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

• Understanding of GAAP is preferred
