Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including basic data organization and analysis.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to financial accuracy and security.

Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the flexibility to work on-site with other departments as needed.

Basic English proficiency required; spoken English is not required.

Experience in restaurant accounting, food wholesale, inventory, or warehouse accounting is a plus.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete required payroll tax documentation.

Compensation: $23–$25 per hour.
