About the Role:

Join Mama Rosa's Trattoria/Renzoni Vineyards as an Accountant and play a vital role in managing our financial health. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about numbers and thrives in a dynamic, family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Cash Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions to ensure optimized cash flow and vendor relationships .

Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and financial discrepancies.

File sales & use tax returns, compliance reports, and maintain Out-of-State DTC Permits.

Responsible for capturing and calculating the processing cost from harvesting of grapes to finished case goods.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Support the year-end audit process and tax preparation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.

CPA certification is a plus but not required.
