    Who You Are: You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of Accounting procedure. You enjoy tackling challenges and won’t leave any stone unturned to find the best solution for the situation at hand. Your excellent communication skills allow you to partner seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

    Additional qualifications include:

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of accounting or finance.
    • Proficient in accounting software or ERP systems such as Odoo.
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting related field (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent experience in similar or related finance field(s).
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    What You’ll Do: As an Accountant - AR, you’ll need to provide services to manage and collect payments owed to QPO.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage and maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring all payments are accurately recorded and updated.
    • Communicate with customers to ensure timely payment and resolve any invoicing or payment issues
    • Monitor overdue accounts and take necessary actions for collections
    • Prepare and submit accounts receivable reports to support monthly and annual financial statements
    • Assist the finance team in analyzing accounts receivable status and provide recommendations for improvements
    • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
