Summary:

A dynamic firm is seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Project Accountant for a full-time role. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with three days in the office and two from home. The role involves processing billings, managing project-related accounts receivables, and overseeing subcontractors. Collaboration with project managers and the CFO is key to ensure accurate budgeting, contract compliance, and smooth payment processes.

Qualifications:

• NYC or NJ agency billing experience preferred not required
• Familiarity with Procore, Sage, or similar construction software
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in architecture, construction, or engineering industry
• Proficiency in Accounting Software, Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional
• Experience with Deltek Ajera is a plus but not required
