About the Job

Are you a detail-oriented Accountant with experience managing full-cycle accounting across multiple entities? This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can deliver accurate financials, keep audit-ready records, and support budgeting and cash management within a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Desired Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience within multi-entity or project-based environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliations
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office; exposure to ERP systems a plus
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and communication skills
• Understanding of Mandarin or Cantonese culture or conversational language skills sufficient to navigate business settings and cross-cultural collaboration. Fluency is not required.

Onsite: Irvine, CA

Base Salary: $75,000 –$110,000 DOE
