Local and rapidly growing real estate and property management company is looking for an Accountant to join their team. In this role you'll be responsible for property accounting and month end close in a high volume multi-property environment. This is an on-site role where you'll be working directly with the Controller and a team of accountants on multiple properties. You will get direct mentorship/coaching while you have a dedicated team to learn from and rely on.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a property management, HOA management, or similar
• Cash/accrual accounting
• Month end close support (reconciliations, journal entries, GL, etc.)
• Entrata, Yardi, or similar property management accounting software

• Financial statement preparation
• Audit preparation assistance
