    Position Overview: Accounting Specialist

    We are seeking a highly motivated and trustworthy individual to manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for our company, an offshoot of a larger manufacturing organization. With the support of our parent company, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing enterprise.

    ******* **Key Responsibilities *****

    • Oversee and execute all accounting functions, including:
      • Accounts Receivable (A/R)
      • Accounts Payable (A/P)
      • Payroll processing
      • Customer setup and maintenance
    • Utilize and maintain records within the company’s accounting software
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed
