Position Overview:
We are seeking a Tax Preparer Accountant or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent service to our diverse client base. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with room for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns accurately and on time.
• Conduct tax research and planning to minimize client tax liabilities.
• Assist with tax compliance, audits, and reviews.
• Analyze financial information to ensure compliance with IRS regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address tax-related questions and provide guidance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax preparation or accounting.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
