We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. This position supports day-to-day accounting activities while partnering closely with the Controller to ensure compliance, support informed decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across our financial processes. __

Responsibilities

• ****Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
• Prepare and assist in financial statements, tax returns, and accounting documents
• Reconcile accounts (bank, balance sheet, subledgers) to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid management decisions
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and preparing schedules
• Monitor budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Safeguard financial data and support internal controls- Track pending orders and send customers invoices upon delivery- Support AP process by accurately entering in bills
• Assist Controller with ad hoc tasks as necessary

** Required Skill Sets and Experience**

• Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting- Proficiency in Excel
• Attention to detail, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

The base annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 based on candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
