Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for construction projects

· Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

· Support project managers and senior accountants with financial reporting and analysis

· Monitor project expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Minimum of 1 -3 yeasr experience working as an accountant in the construction industry

· Familiarity with construction accounting software and project management tools

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

· Experience with job costing and contract billing

· Knowledge of local tax regulations affecting the construction industry

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
