We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Admin Manager to join our team and help expand our brand presence across both offline and online markets.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparing financial reports, creating budgets, and maintaining financial records
    • Accounts Payable / Receivable Management (Purchases, Revenue, Accounting and Settlement)
    • Payroll and PTO Management
    • Manage and store financial documents
    • Resolve issues through communication with customers and partners, manage payments, and respond to financial inquiries
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting audits and regulatory responses
    • Understand the company's internal systems and manage documents
    • ERP system administrator reversal and operational support

    Qualifications:

    • 1-5 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or other related field (Preferred)
    • English communication skills (Korean proficiency preferred)
    • Possess excellent analytical and organizational management skills
    • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
    • Ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-paced work environment
    • Experience in ERP and SAP is preferred
    • NOT allergic to Peanuts or Tree Nuts

    Compensation:

    • $50,000-$80,000 (based on experience)
