We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Admin Manager to join our team and help expand our brand presence across both offline and online markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial reports, creating budgets, and maintaining financial records
- Accounts Payable / Receivable Management (Purchases, Revenue, Accounting and Settlement)
- Payroll and PTO Management
- Manage and store financial documents
- Resolve issues through communication with customers and partners, manage payments, and respond to financial inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to support accounting audits and regulatory responses
- Understand the company's internal systems and manage documents
- ERP system administrator reversal and operational support
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or other related field (Preferred)
- English communication skills (Korean proficiency preferred)
- Possess excellent analytical and organizational management skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in ERP and SAP is preferred
- NOT allergic to Peanuts or Tree Nuts
Compensation:
- $50,000-$80,000 (based on experience)
