Job Description
The Accounting Analyst is a support position that reports to the Vice President, Finance and the Controller. This role will provide heavy data entry and administrative support to the Accounting Department, as well as provide front desk coverage and work on projects as assigned.
Pay: $21 - $24 / Hour

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative support data entry role, preferably within Residential Property Management
High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
Preferred experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service
Preferred 1 year of Property Management Experience
Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, QuickBooks, email, internet). Yardi experience helpful. Typing: 40 WPM, 8000 KSPH (alpha-numeric) and 10,000 KSPH (10-key)
