Job Description:

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our accounting team in our Irvine office. Applicants must be detail oriented, professional, and a team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and verifying financial data into our accounting system.

Responsibilities:

· Accounts receivable – process customer premium payments

· Journal entries

· Assist the Accounting Manager

· Remote bank deposits

· Review and reconcile discrepancies within Accounts receivable.

· Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.

· Process payment adjustments.

Qualifications:

· The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quick learner, and good at basic math.

· Above-average knowledge of Excel, as well as experience with MS Office.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Education and Experience:

· This position requires 3-5 years of Accounting experience, ideally with an Insurance, Finance or Servicing company.

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required.
