The Accounting Analyst is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable (full cycle).
• Developing and managing financial and operational reports to support the organization's financial reporting needs, ensuring that information is accurate, formatted consistently with department standards, and meets user requirements.
• Organizing, prioritizing, and completing multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Applying deposits and monitoring/managing accounts receivable associated with respective clients.
• Performing assigned accounting and related data mining functions.
• Processing a variety of documents, reports, and records.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
• 3+ years of job-related experience.
• Experience with accounting systems, databases, and reporting tools (NetSuite and SQL).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Pay Rate Range : $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
