Lead comprehensive client onboarding and implementation processes
Manage CEO's calendar and appointments
Ensure seamless client transitions and system setup
Assist with business growth development and new endeavors
Work with sales and marketing team on initiatives
Handle client communications and follow-ups
Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
Assist with project management and deadlines
5+ years tax and accounting firm experience required
3+ years executive assistant experience required
Exceptional attention to detail skills - accuracy is critical
Clean background check required
Must be tech-savvy with strong technology skills
QuickBooks Online, Canopy, and Office 365 proficiency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong client relationship management abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Professional demeanor with clients
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Bookkeeping experience a plus
