    Accounting Clerk – Rancho Cucamonga, CA

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our finance department, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting a variety of accounting functions.     Responsibilities

    • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

    • Maintain and update accounting records and files

    • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions

    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

    • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

    • Provide documentation during audits as needed

    • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries

    • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in financial databases

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred)

    • Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role

    • Familiarity with QuickBooks and MS Office Suite

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

    • Clear and professional communication skills (verbal & written)

    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices

    Salary info:

    $22 - $25 / hr
