Boston Pads is seeking a high-performing, detail-driven Part-Time Bookkeeper to support one of our dynamic Boston offices. As a leader in real estate technology and data-driven leasing, we operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where precision and efficiency are critical.

What You’ll Do
Manage rent receivables, payment processing, and tenant account tracking
Oversee vendor invoices, approvals, and timely payments
Perform bank deposits, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance
Maintain and organize financial documentation and reporting systems
Handle expense tracking, purchase orders, and internal financial workflows
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations across the office
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of QuickBooks experience (required)
Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel skills (required)
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and internal coordination)
Ability to multitask and prioritize shifting responsibilities effectively
Typing speed of 60+ WPM and strong numerical proficiency
Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Real estate or property management experience preferred
