About the Role:

Jupiter Environmental Laboratories, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in Jupiter, FL! Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Prepare invoices

Collect overdue accounts

Manage vendor payments

Assist with ordering consumables

Maintain customer and vendor accounts in Quickbooks Online

Requirements:

AA or 2+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to communicate with clients and vendors

Ability to learn new software programs, proficiency in excel and Microsoft products
