    Position: Accounting Assistant

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our finance department with day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong numerical skills, excellent organization, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

    • Prepare, process, and record invoices, payments, and expense reports

    • Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy

    • Maintain and update accounting files, ledgers, and databases

    • Support month-end and year-end closing activities

    • Generate basic financial reports as requested by management

    • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

    • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred

    • Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support roles

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

    • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
