    A local real estate company with a growing property management inventory is looking for an Accounting Assistant in their Property Management Department. • Must have administrative experience. • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask and deal professionally with Company Property Managers & coworkers both in person and on the telephone. • Appfolio knowledge is a huge plus! A successful candidate would be part of a team that processes bookkeeping for over 1900 residential properties. This position is full-time and in-office. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: • A/R and A/P for multiple single-family properties. • Data entry of invoices and rent payments (Appfolio). • ACH and Direct Debit processing and check printing. • Security Deposit Transmittal processing. • New Tenant/Owner contract entry. • Digital management of owner and tenant documentation. • Shared email communication and follow-up. Qualifications: • Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Multitasking in a busy environment. • Verbal and written communication skills. • Customer service attitude. • Time management/prioritize tasks effectively. • Work as a team to achieve common goals. Compensation: $41,600 - $46,000
