A commercial real estate company looking for an Accounts Manager Assistant/Bookkeeper located in the Windy Hill area in Atlanta, GA near 75/285. A family-owned business with growth potential. This is NOT a remote position office hours are M-F 9 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities:
· Invoicing
· All aspects of AP including cutting checks
· Bank Account Reconciliations
· GL entry
· Bookkeeping
· Multitasking between 15 to 20 companies
· Enter bills in Online QuickBooks
· Financial Statements
· Execute Credit card reconciliation. Tagging CC statements, inputting on Excel and keeping track of payments and charges and due dates.
· Placing orders and keeping track of orders placed.
· ADHOC admin duties as everything is a Team effort.
Required Skills:
Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping
Superb time management skills and detail oriented.
MUST be able to multitask.
3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
Experience in accountants payable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with accounting software QuickBooks online. AT least 3 years of the Online Version.
Must be a Team Player, energetic.
