Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support RV dealership accounting and finance operations, including deal processing, vehicle titling, lien payoffs, and funding coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates pursuing a career in accounting, automotive finance, accounts payable/receivable, or dealership operations. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Process and review deal jackets, sales contracts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness

· Handle vehicle titling, registration, and title submissions in compliance with state regulations

· Manage lien payoffs, loan funding, and lender communication

· Ensure compliance with dealership accounting policies and legal requirements

· Coordinate with sales, finance (F&I), and accounting teams to finalize deals

· Assist in providing documentation related to deals for monthly closing

Qualifications

Required

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

· Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge

Preferred

· 1–3 years of experience in accounting, administrative support, or dealership operations

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or currently pursuing)

· Experience working in a dealership environment

· Experience with dealership management systems (IDS preferred)

· Familiarity with vehicle titling and registration processes

· Understanding of lien payoffs and lender funding processes

· Experience with accounts payable/receivable or general ledger
