    We are seeking a reliable and hardworking accounting associate to join our growing team at Pajouh Automotive Center. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks with the ultimate goal of supporting other departments within the Business Office. Our team is looking for an enthusiastic individual with the desire for personal and professional growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous accounting experience is preferred, but not required. If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you. Join our team in the Business Office and help us drive our business forward.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    - Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

    - Reconciling bank statements and maintaining financial records

    - Performing reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

    - Assisting with financial reporting and analysis

    - Processing invoices, purchase orders, billing statements, expense reports

    - Assisting with month-end closing procedures

    - Communicating with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters

    - File management

    - Assisting with data entry

    - Providing general support to office staff as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with accounting software
    • Self-motivated
    • Process/solution oriented
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Positive attitude and desire for growth

    Starting Pay Range - $18-22.00
