Jennie Joiner with Forum Group PNW is partnering with a well-established Eugene manufacturing organization to identify a Bilingual Accounting Associate (English/Vietnamese) to join their accounting team.

Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory accounting and inventory transactions
- Support fixed asset and cost accounting activities (training provided)
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with reconciliations and general accounting support
- Work closely with the Controller and accounting team on daily accounting operations
- Communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese when supporting business operations
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (required)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Accounts Payable experience
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience desired but not required
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
