    Responsibilities:
    - Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
    - Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
    - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
    - Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
    - Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
    - Perform general ledger reconciliation and assist with financial reporting.
    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

    Experience:
    - Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
    - Strong knowledge of clerical and bookkeeping procedures.
    - Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry.
    - Familiarity with Taxes and Payroll
    - Experience working with Sage Business Works
    - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
    - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
    - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
