• SUMMARY: Performs a range of accounting and financial duties to support the financial functions of the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · Verifies and posts accounts receivable and accounts payable information; generates checks.
• · Assists with preparation of financial statements including but not limited to income statements, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports.
• · Reconciling bank and investment-related statements.
• · Reconciles and closes books monthly.
• · Performs general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll duties.
• · Perform daily banking procedures.
• · Prepares 1099s.
• · Processes payroll.
• · Prepares required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• · Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• · Any combination of education in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• · Knowledge of data collection, analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
• · Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
• · Commitment to excellence and high standards
• · Excellent written and oral communication skills
• · Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• · Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• · Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing
• · Acute attention to detail
• · Proficient in Excel, ERP.
• · Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
