About the Role:

Join Quantum Towing LLC as an Accounting Bookkeeper in Kyle, TX, where you will play a vital role in managing our financial records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company in the towing industry.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.

Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.

Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.

Collaborate with management to improve financial processes.

Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Tow Driver Commission Programs

Audit completed tow tickets.

Verify completed jobs before payroll processing.

Ensure all commissions are properly documented.

Review payroll reports for accuracy.

Investigate payroll discrepancies.

Prepare payroll reports for management approval.

Maintain and update QuickBooks records daily.

Create and manage customer invoices.

Process vendor bills and payments.

Reconcile bank accounts.

Reconcile credit card accounts.

Review general ledger accuracy.

Maintain chart of accounts.

Generate monthly financial reports.

Assist management with budgeting and forecasting.

Ensure QuickBooks records match operational records.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Knowledge of local tax regulations is a plus.
