Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Data entry into accounting systems

Payment processing and collections

Support monthly summary reports

Assist with documentation and procedure manual projects

Qualifications

Basic accounting knowledge or bookkeeping experience

Business-level Japanese

Conversational English

Detail-oriented and reliable

Comfortable working in an office environment
