About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day finance operations. You’ll handle billing, payables, timesheets, and data entry—keeping the team organized and things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with two in-office days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with employee expense reports and vendor payments
• Handle billing entry, check printing, and deposits
• Manage vendor documentation (W-9s, portals, payment methods)
• Track timesheets and import data into Ajera
• Help with month-end, year-end, and 1099 prep
• Provide general accounting and admin support

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• High school diploma (additional coursework a plus)
• Familiarity with Deltek Ajera and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-directed, and communicative
• Bonus: experience in an architecture or engineering firm
