    Position: Bilingual Accounting Clerk / Cashier Location: Chino, CA Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time

    About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Accounting Clerk / Cashier to join our team. This role combines basic accounting, administrative tasks, and cashier responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and proficient in Excel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records

    Support bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation

    Assist with accounts receivable and other basic accounting functions

    Communicate effectively with team members and customers in both English and Spanish

    Maintain organized records and assist with reporting

    Qualifications:

    Basic accounting knowledge required

    Bookkeeper or accounting clerk experience preferred (1+ year)

    Bilingual in English and Spanish required

    Strong communication skills

    Proficiency in Excel (1+ year preferred)

    Experience as a cashier, bookkeeper, or accounting assistant preferred
