Job Description
** Purpose of Position:**
The Production/Live Operations Clerk assists Accountants and Managers with clerical duties within the facility. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in clerical management of production accuracy within fresh and cook plant, contracts and bank assignments, compile and record flock data, ensuring accurate farm inventory, completing flock transfers within MTECH system, compile vaccine charge outs, prepare weekly settlements, maintain confidential files and records, cross train with other department positions. Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned, to ensure workload coverage.
