We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting & HR Clerk to support our Finance and Human Resources operations. Responsibilities: • Consistently input daily financial transactions and finalize the posting process • Bookkeeping: Enter data, maintain records and produce financial reports • Ensure transactions are recorded properly in all ledgers • Make sure accounts receivable/payable are complete • Manage payroll duties to ensure employees are paid on time • Also responsible to maintain all HR files and process all personnel documentation Qualifications: • Must exhibit exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • At least 2 years of work experience at an accounting firm or as a cost accountant, management accountant, bookkeeper, or related position • Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field Compensation: $16 hourly
