We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team. This position reports directly to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

Complete ownership of the Accounts Payable process.

Manage inventory, ensuring counts are accurate and discrepancies are accounted for.

Assist with distribution of Commission Reports

Send invoices to customers and act as backup for inside sales in order entry.

Other duties as assigned.

​Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting or other related fields

Fundamental knowledge of GAAP

Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools

Detail and deadline-oriented
