    Job Summary:

    JL Hospitality Management is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Directly support Accounting Manager on various administrative tasks
    • Manage accounts payables for a region of hotels into various software
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Perform all other office tasks
    • Complete various accounting tasks that can include bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, daily income journals and payroll reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in hotel accounting, office administration or other related fields preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills

    Full time position in office with benefits- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
