    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support accounts payable and receivable functions.

    Responsibilities

    Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

    Maintain financial records and filing systems

    Reconcile bank statements and account discrepancies

    Assist with payroll and data entry tasks

    Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets

    Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing issues

    Support month-end and year-end accounting procedures

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting preferred

    1+ year of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Ability to handle confidential financial information

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
